• Magellan Healthcare

Magellan Healthcare, Inc. is serving as the new Care Management Entity (CME) for youth who have complex behavioral health conditions. Through our collaboration with the Wyoming Department of Health, Division of Healthcare Financing (Medicaid), we coordinate care and service delivery through the High Fidelity Wraparound model to support the success of children, youth and their families in their homes, schools and the community.
