Wyoming currently requires a free appropriate public education (FAPE) for all children with disabilities, ages 3 to the end of the school year in which they reach the age of 21 through Part B and the Wyoming Department of Education Chapter 7 Rules. Wyoming also funds a developmental preschool system serving children with developmental disabilities age three (3) through five (5) years.
