ONLINE REGISTRATION VERIFICATION FOR CURRENTLY ENROLLED STUDENTS

2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR    

If your child WILL NOT attend school in Sweetwater #2 for the 2025-26 school year, please contact your child's school or email: registration@swcsd2.org with your child's name, and where they are transferring.  


If your child is currently enrolled for the 2025-26 school year; and will be attending:

The ONLINE REGISTRATION VERIFICATION PROCESS OPENS FRIDAY, July 4, 2025

This process can be completed anywhere with an internet connection.  Online registration verification allows families to verify/update primary household/demographic information, update or add emergency contacts, and complete the required health information update for all students.  In addition, guardians will sign off on mandatory forms, district policies and procedures.

This requirement is to be completed each summer prior to the start of school for all currently enrolled students.

  ***Any student who does not have this verification completed, will not be allowed to travel on school related functions***

Family ID registration for athletics is in addition to this requirement.

Exception:  Families new to Sweetwater #2 whose students enrolled for the first time on or after June 1, 2025 are not required to complete. 

Click here to see each individual school’s August registration requirements and dates.    If you have not completed the online verification process prior to these dates, kiosks will be available in each building for your use in completing the required information.  Note:  Families may also be required to attend August registration in person at their child’s school.    

Only a legal parent/guardian in the primary household with an Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account can complete the verification.  Once logged in, go to More à Online Registration.   Complete the verification for each student listed.  Once finished, review summary and submit.   Click here to view a short video on how to complete the online registration verification.

If a child has “split households” (guardians at two differing addresses), the primary household was determined by:  1) The household of the parent completing the original enrollment paperwork, or 2) where the child physically resides the majority of the school year and/or will be requiring school district provided transportation.   Parent/guardians can request to have the primary household changed, but this does require written approval by both parties.   The secondary household parent/guardian can also update their household information in Parent Portal.   Once logged in, go to More à Address Information, or Demographics, or Family Information     

If you do not have a parent portal account, currently have a portal account but require a password reset, or need other assistance, please contact your child's school directly or send an email to registration@swcsd2.org

Online registration verification is required for all families. If your family requires communication in Spanish, a form is not available online. Please contact your child's school to make an appointment to come to school and complete the form. A translator may be available to help you.
