Not Attending Next Year? If your child WILL NOT be attending school in Sweetwater #2 for the 2026–27 school year, please contact your child's school or email registration@swcsd2.org with your child's name and the school/district they are transferring to.
The Online Registration Verification process opens Tuesday, July 7, 2026.
This process must be completed each summer prior to the start of school for all currently enrolled students. It allows families to update demographic info, emergency contacts, health information, and sign mandatory district policies.
· Mandatory Requirement: Any student who does not have this verification completed will not be allowed to travel on school-related functions. (Note: Family ID registration for athletics is a separate, additional requirement).
· Exception: Families new to Sweetwater #2 whose students enrolled for the first time on or after June 1, 2026, do not need to complete this verification.
· August Registration: In-person registration dates and requirements will be posted on the website and in local media at the end of July. Kiosks will be available at each school for those needing internet access. Note: Families may still be required to attend August registration in person.
Only a legal parent/guardian in the primary household with an Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account can complete the verification.

If a child has two differing addresses, the primary household was determined by who completed the original enrollment paperwork, or where the child resides the majority of the time.
To change the primary household, written approval from both parties is required.
Secondary household parents can update their own information by logging into the Parent Portal and navigating to More
