Run — don’t walk — to The Green River High School’s production of The Addams Family!
It’s spooky, it’s kooky, and it’s frightfully fun! Our talented GRHS students have brought this delightfully creepy family to life with incredible performances, music, laughs and a tango dance sequence that will haunt you (in the best way). 👻💀
Don’t miss your chance to see this drop-dead entertaining show — it’s to die for! Get your tickets here https://greenriver.ludus.com/index.php?sections=events

We are excited to announce the return of our Veterans Day Parade on Tuesday November 11th, at 10:00 AM!
After many years, this special tradition is back to honor the brave men and women who have served our country.
The parade route will begin at Green River Rec Center and will go down Hitching Post Drive and end in the back parking lot of Lincoln Middle School.
Students from our elementaries (Granger, Harrison, Mckinnon, Monroe, Truman and Washington) will be marching in honor of the brave men and women who have served our country. We invite our community to come out and cheer them on!

Starting today at 9:00am I-80 traffic will be routed through town as they remove the barriers in the Eastbound tunnel. They are opening the tunnels today. (see link below)
This will affect bus routes on the North side of town this afternoon and tomorrow in the morning and afternoon. The PD will be assisting with traffic control to assist us approaching to and leaving from Washington school off/on to Flaming Gorge Way.
We will be routing our buses to avoid having to cross Flaming Gorge way as much as possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause and thank you for your patience.

Our educators are diving into the new Houghton Mifflin Harcourt curriculum!
This morning at Harrison the teachers began with a mini-lesson led by our HMH trainer, providing teachers with valuable insights and strategies before the school day started. Throughout the day, the trainer will observe classrooms, offer support, and collaborate with teaching teams during their PLC times to ensure a smooth and successful implementation of the new curriculum.

Please turn your clocks back 1 hour before bed Saturday

Superintendent Dr. Scott Cooper has shared a special message highlighting the great work happening across our district and what’s ahead for the rest of the school year. Take a moment to read the letter and celebrate our collective success!

Bills, budgets, and baby expenses — oh my!
Our students at the Green River High School got a taste of the real world today during Trona Valley Federal Credit Union’s Reality Fair!
They used an app to see their “grown-up life,” complete with jobs, spouses, kids, savings, and debt. Then they hit up different stations to decide how to spend (and save) wisely.
Such a fun way to learn how budgeting works in real life — thank you, Trona Valley Federal Credit Union, for this awesome experience!

From the woods workshop to the welding bay, from the auto classroom to our regular classrooms — our students are busy building skills, knowledge, and confidence every day! Whether it’s crafting projects, mastering trades, or exploring ideas in the classroom, we’re proud of the incredible work happening across our schools. #GRHS #WOLVES #CTE

A HUGE shoutout to Memorial Hospital for going the extra mile for our Green River Wolves Football Team last night. Our players and coaches were treated to an absolutely delicious dinner.
The team at Memorial Hospital delivered an insightful orthopedic presentation, giving our students valuable, real-world knowledge on injury prevention and recovery. We’re lucky to have such amazing community partners!
THANK YOU, Memorial Hospital, for nourishing both body and mind! 💚🤍 Go Wolves! 🐾🏈
